Today’s feature is on Lavender Nicole, author of All Caged Up, an adult PR released February 28, 2025. In All Caged Up, Xavier and Griffyn are demons searching for their third. They accidentally stumble on her when they go to the human realm to kill Xavier’s dad. Turns out, their mate is a stripper at his club!
I had the chance to chat with Lavender Nicole about what draws them to paranormal romance and what inspired All Caged Up.
What inspired you to write paranormal romance, and what draws you to this genre specifically?
I honestly write contemporary and paranormal. For me, I am able to push boundaries…
If you could spend a day with any of your paranormal characters, who would you choose and why?
This is my first paranormal romance book, so it’s hard to pick. But I have a soft spot for Xavier. He had a lot of pressure growing up and suffers a lot from insecurities. He feels relatable. If you ignore the demon with special equipment thing.
How do you balance world-building and romantic tension to keep readers engaged?
That’s a good question and honestly I’m struggling to come up with the right answer. I went pretty hard and heavy on everything, if I’m honest.
What paranormal romance trope can you never resist, either reading or writing?
I’m a sucker for fated mates.
Tell us about a scene in your book that readers particularly love or provide an excerpt you’d like to share.
Griffyn takes out her IUD and turns it into a cock cage for Xavier.
What’s one paranormal power or creature you haven’t written about yet but would love to explore?
I am writing a shifter romance with sea animals! I really wanted to explore shifters that hadn’t really been done.
If your paranormal romance couple had to face off against Edward and Bella from Twilight in a Hunger Games-style competition, which couple would win and why?
Soooo, this is when I expose myself for never reading or watching these. So, I truly can’t answer.

JUST KIDDING! A smutty novella that is absolutely amazing! Two demons finding their mate but there’s a twist. Smut every other page. Just absolute perfection
